Everything is fine, don't worry. This is a common issue with a lot of our users. Now how to fix this issue? Well, it's pretty simple just follow the steps below.
- Go to the balance page.
- You will see the invoices list on that page. Click on the button "Details"
- We will redirect you to validate the payment
- After 5 seconds, Sellix will redirect you back to our page.
