I haven't received my balance

Everything is fine, don't worry. This is a common issue with a lot of our users. Now how to fix this issue? Well, it's pretty simple just follow the steps below.


  1. Go to the balance page.
  2. You will see the invoices list on that page. Click on the button "Details"
  3. We will redirect you to validate the payment
  4. After 5 seconds, Sellix will redirect you back to our page.
